Nicely phrased...will we wake up in time ?     Great grandfathers watched as their friends died in the Civil  War.   My father watched  as his friends died in WW II.   And I watched as  my friends died in Vietnam .   None of them died  for the Mexican Flag. Everyone died for the American flag.   Texas high school  students raised a Mexican flag on a school flag pole, other  students took it down. Guess who was expelled...the students who  took it down.   California high  school students were sent home on Cinco de Mayo, because they  wore T-shirts with the American flag printed on them.   Enough is enough.   This message needs  to be viewed by every American; and every American needs to  stand up for America .   We've bent over to  appease the America-haters long enough. I'm taking a stand.   I'm standing up  because of the hundreds of thousands who died fighting in wars for  this country, and for the American Flag.   If you agree,  stand up with me.   And shame on  anyone who tries to make this message racist.   AMERICANS, stop  giving away Your RIGHTS!   Let me make this  clear! THIS IS MY COUNTRY!   This statement  DOES NOT mean I'm against immigration!   YOU ARE WELCOME  HERE, IN MY COUNTRY, welcome to come legally:   1. Get a sponsor!   2. Allowing Bush-era tax cuts to expire means higher taxes for all

According to an analysis by a tax consulting firm, allowing the soon to expire Bush-era tax cuts to expire at the end of the year will mean increased taxes for nearly every taxpayer in the United States; not just the wealthiest as the Democrats would have you believe.

A typical family of four with a household income of $50,000 a year would have to pay $2,900 more in taxes in 2011; the same family making $100,000 would see its taxes rise by $4,500; with an income of $500,000 the family would pay $10,800 more in taxes; and with income of $1 million the increase would be $53,200. These estimates were based on total household income including wages, capital gains, and qualified dividends. The estimates also take into account typical deductions at each income level.

Democrats have been arguing that tax cuts enacted in 2001 and 2003 under former President George W. Bush provided a windfall for the wealthy. However, they also reduced taxes for the working poor and the middle class; the tax cuts reduced marginal income tax rates at every level. In addition those tax cuts also provided a wide range of income tax breaks for education, families with children, and married couples. Taxes on capital gains (selling a home for more than the purchase price) and dividends (retirement plans included) were reduced.

House Republican Leader John Boehner of Ohio said he wants an up-or-down vote on extending all the tax cuts before congressional elections in November. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi won’t commit to vote on any tax proposals before the election.

“Raising taxes on anyone, especially small businesses, is the wrong thing to do in a struggling economy,” Boehner said. “On the issue of job killing tax hikes the American people are not going to accept anything less than the vote that they deserve.”

Voters, it is time to pressure Congress. We want and deserve to know how our lawmakers will vote on this issue BEFORE we vote on whether they keep their jobs representing us. Tell your representative to vote to extend the Bush-era tax cuts.

In a press conference in the Capitol Sept. 14th, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) announced that he will offer the DREAM Act amnesty bill (S.729) as an amendment to the Department of Defense Authorization Bill. Action on this bill is expected as early as next week!

Like previous versions of the DREAM Act, S.729 will grant amnesty to illegal aliens who entered the U.S. as minors and meet certain educational requirements or serve in the military. In particular, the bill grants immediate legal status to illegal aliens who have merely enrolled in an institution of higher education or have received a high school diploma. Take Action Now to stop this bill!/

Call your Senators and Representative NOW and tell them not to support this nightmare.

More Teleprompter in Chief....

The president (teleprompter)  gives a press conference.

He cannot answer simple questions at a press conference without a teleprompter to tell him what to say, just WHO is pulling his strings?

Even the notorious gaffer and most hated by the "left" media, George W. Bush, was not this handicapped when it comes to spontaneously answering questions from the press. Obama is not a leader, he is the spokesperson for the shadowy "collective" who enabled him to win.

The sad part about it is, they (the media) are not calling him on it, and it shows how complicit they were, and how low they have sunk! The press has become a part of the administration and is actively working against the will and best interests of the greater majority of the American people.

Come November, there must be a reckoning!

Progressive Insurance..Funding ACLU and MoveON!...sad

You know who they are.  They’re the ones with the clever television ads featuring the perky brunette actress all dressed in white.  What you might not know is that the chairman of Progressive is Peter Lewis, one of the largest funders of the left in America.  He’s your typical rich spoiled kid who took over the company from his father and apparently feels “guilty” for his success and now dedicates himself to making it impossible for anyone else to become wealthy.

Between 2001 and 2003, Lewis funneled $15 million to the ACLU, the group most responsible for destroying what’s left of America’s Judeo-Christian heritage.  Indeed, Lewis is himself a ACLU member.  One of the ACLU projects he earmarked his funds for was an effort to sue school districts who have drug testing policies.  In other words, this idiot wants teachers to be able to use drugs without fear of exposure.  I wonder what he would think if all his own employees came to work drugged out every day.  

Lewis also gave $12.5 million to MoveOn.org and American Coming Together, two key components of the socialist left.  The former group is perhaps the main group used by the Obama forces to organize their activists; the latter group is a 527 political action group that essentially served as a front for the SEIU union thugs who ran ACORN.  His funding for these groups was conditional on matching contributions from George Soros, the international socialist who finances much of the Obama political network.

It’s disturbing that Lewis made a fortune as a result of capitalism but now finances a progressive movement that threatens to destroy the free enterprise system.  He reminds me somewhat of Armand Hammer, the former head of Occidental Petroleum who did business with Joseph Stalin and become his good friend, around the same time Stalin was executing businessmen all over the USSR.

What angers me further is the way this company is targeting television shows watched by conservatives such as Fox News.  Peter Lewis is making a fortune off of conservative Americans so that he can destroy our country.  He’s banking on no one finding out who he is.  I think it’s time we expose this clown.

I have long been suspicious as to the accuracy and truthfulness of snopes.com – never considering it the last and official word – believing their slant on political items in particular was slanted to the left.
This adds validity to my thinking.   Received from a friend earlier today and forwarded for your information.  


 Nice  to see that others are finally beginning to  realize  that snopes.com <http://snopes.com/>  cannot always be  trusted!   Why  wouldn't we think that the corruption is rampant in this  administration?   I  went to Snopes to check this out and they said it was false and  there were no such dockets, so I googled the supreme court, typed in  Obama Kagan, and guess what?  Yep you got it.  Snopes  lied.  Everyone of those dockets are  there. So    Here is what I wrote Snopes:
WND (World News Daily) article about  Elena Kagan and Barak Obama dockets.  The information you have  posted stating that there were no such cases as claimed by WND and  the examples you gave are blatantly false.    I  went directly to the Supreme courts website, typed in Obama Kagan  and immediately came up with all of the dockets that WND  referenced.   I have long suspected that you really slant things but this was  really shocking.   Thank  You, I hope you will be much more truthful in the  future, Bet  you didn't know this.... Kagan  was representing Obama in all the petitions to prove his  citizenship. Now she may help rule on  them.

Well,  someone figured out why Obama nominated   Elana Kagan for the Supreme Court.... Pull up the Supreme  Courts website, go to the docket and search for Obama. She  was the Solicitor General for all the suits against him filed  with the Supreme Court to show proof of natural born  citizenship. He owed  her big time.   All  of the requests were denied of course. They were never heard. It  just keeps getting deeper and deeper, doesn't it? The American  people mean nothing any longer.. It's all about payback time for  those that compromised themselves to elect someone that really has  no true right to even be there. We should be getting so sick of all  of this nonsense. Here  are some websites of the Supreme Court Docket: You  can look up some of these hearings and guess  what?  Elena Kagan is the attorney  representing Obama!

Barack Obama has awakened a sleeping nation

Barack Obama is the best thing that has happened to America in the last 100 years. Truly, he is the savior of America's future.

Despite the fact that he has some of the lowest approval ratings among recent presidents, history will see Barack Obama as the source of America's resurrection. Barack Obama has plunged the country into levels of debt that we could not have previously imagined; his efforts to nationalize health care have been met with fierce resistance nationwide; TARP bailouts and stimulus spending have shown little positive effect on the national economy; unemployment is unacceptably high and looks to remain that way for most of a decade; legacy entitlement programs have ballooned to unsustainable levels, and there is a seething anger in the populace.

That's why Barack Obama is such a good thing for America . Here's why.

Obama is the symbol of a creeping liberalism that has infected our society like a cancer for the last 100 years. Just as Hitler is the face of fascism, Obama will go down in history as the face of unchecked liberalism. The cancer metastasized to the point where it could no longer be ignored.

Average Americans who have quietly gone about their lives, earning a paycheck, contributing to their favorite charities, going to high school football games on Friday night, spending their weekends at the beach or on hunting trips - they've gotten off the fence. They've woken up. There is a level of political activism in this country that we haven't seen since the American Revolution, and Barack Obama has been the catalyst that has sparked a restructuring of the American political and social consciousness.

Think of the crap we've slowly learned to tolerate over the past 50 years as liberalism sought to re-structure the America that was the symbol of freedom and liberty to all the people of the world. Immigration laws were ignored on the basis of compassion. Welfare policies encouraged irresponsibility, the fracturing of families, and a cycle of generations of dependency. Debt was regarded as a tonic to lubricate the economy. Our children left school having been taught that they are exceptional and special, while great numbers of them cannot perform basic functions of mathematics and literacy. Legislators decided that people could not be trusted to defend their own homes, and stripped citizens of their rights to own firearms. Productive members of society have been penalized with a heavy burden of taxes in order to support legions of do-nothings who loll around, reveling in their addictions, obesity, indolence, ignorance and "disabilities." Criminals have been arrested and re-arrested, coddled and set free to pillage the citizenry yet again. Lawyers routinely extort fortunes from doctors, contractors and business people with dubious torts.

We slowly learned to tolerate these outrages, shaking our heads in disbelief, and we went on with our lives.

But Barack Obama has ripped the lid off a seething cauldron of dissatisfaction and unrest.

A former Communist is given a paid government position in the White House as an advisor to the president. Auto companies are taken over by the government, and the auto workers' union - whose contracts are completely insupportable in any economic sense - is rewarded with a stake in the company. Government bails out Wall Street investment bankers and insurance companies, who pay their executives outrageous bonuses as thanks for the public support. Terrorists are read their Miranda rights and given free lawyers. And, despite overwhelming public disapproval, Barack Obama has pushed forward with a health care plan that would re-structure one-sixth of the American economy.

Literally millions of Americans have had enough. They're organizing, they're studying the Constitution and the Federalist Papers, they're reading history and case law, they're showing up at rallies and meetings, and a slew of conservative candidates are throwing their hats into the ring. Is there a revolution brewing? Yes, in the sense that there is a keen awareness that our priorities and sensibilities must be radically re-structured. Will it be a violent revolution? No. It will be done through the interpretation of the original document that has guided us for 220 "FANTASTIC" years--- the Constitution. Just as the pendulum swung to embrace political correctness and liberalism, there will be a backlash, a complete repudiation of a hundred years of nonsense. A hundred years from now, history will perceive the year 2010 as the time when America got back on the right track. And for that, we can thank Barack Hussein Obama.

WW III has already started...are we sleeping ?

When WW III Started - 1979   In case you missed it, World War III began in November 1979... US Navy Captain Ouimette is the Executive Officer at Naval Air Station,  Pensacola, Florida. Here is a copy of the speech he gave last month. It is an accurate account of why we are in so much trouble today and why this action is so necessary. AMERICA NEEDS TO WAKE UP! That's what we think we heard on the 11th of September 2001 (When more than 3,000 Americans were killed) and maybe it was, but I think it should have been 'Get Out of Bed!'  In fact, the alarm clock has been buzzing since 1979 and we have continued to hit the snooze button and roll over for a few more minutes of peaceful sleep since then. It was a cool fall day in November 1979 in a country going through a religious and political upheaval when a group of Iranian students attacked and seized the American Embassy in  Tehran. This seizure was an outright attack on American soil; it was an attack that held the world's most powerful country hostage and paralyzed a Presidency. The attack on this sovereign U. S. Embassy set the stage for events to follow for the next 25 years. America was still reeling from the aftermath of the Vietnam experience and had a seri ous threat from the Soviet Union when then, President Carter, had to do something. He chose to conduct a clandestine raid in the desert. The ill-fated mission ended in ruin, but stood as a symbol of  America's inability to deal with terrorism. America's military had been decimated and down sized since the end of the Vietnam War. A poorly trained, poorly equipped and poorly organized military was called on to execute a complex mission that was doomed from the start. Shortly after the Tehran experience, Americans began to be kidnapped and killed throughout the Middle East. America could do little to protect her citizens living and working abroad. The attacks against US soil continued. In April of  1983 a large vehicle packed with high explosives was driven into the US Embassy compound in Beirut. When it explodes, it kills 63 people. The alarm went off again and America hit the Snooze Button once more. Then just si x short months later in  1983 a large truck heavily laden down with over 2500 pounds of TNT smashed through the main gate of the US Marine Corps headquarters in Beirut and 241 US servicemen are killed. America mourns her dead and hit the Snooze Button once more. Two months later in December  1983, another truck loaded with explosives is driven into the US Embassy in Kuwait, and America continues her slumber. The following year, in September  1984, another van was driven into the gate of the US Embassy in Beirut and America slept. Soon the terrorism spreads to  Europe. In April  1985 a bomb explodes in a restaurant frequented by US soldiers in Madrid. Then in August  1985 a Volkswagen loaded with explosives is driven into the main gate of the US Air Force Base at Rheine-Main, 22 are killed and the snooze a larm is buzzing louder and louder as US interests are continually attacked. Fifty-nine days later in  1985 a cruise ship, the Achille Lauro is hijacked and we watched as an American in a wheelchair is singled out of the passenger list and executed. The terrorists then shift their tactics to bombing civilian airliners when they bomb TWA Flight 840 in April of   1986 that killed 4. And the most tragic bombing, Pan Am Flight 103 over Lockerbie, Scotland in 1988, killing 259. The wake up alarm is getting louder and louder. The terrorists decide to bring the fight to America. In January  1993, two CIA agents are shot and killed as they enter CIA headquarters in  Langley, Virginia. The following month, February  1993, a group of ter rorists are arrested after a rented van packed with explosives is driven into the underground parking garage of the World Trade Center in New York City. Six people are killed and over 1000 are injured. Still this is a crime and not an act of war? The Snooze alarm is depressed again. Then in November  1995 a car bomb explodes at a US military complex in Riyadh Saudi Arabia killing seven service men and women. A few months later in June of  1996, another truck bomb explodes only 35 yards from the US military compound in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. It destroys th e Khobar Towers, a  US Air Force barracks, killing 19 and injuring over 500.  The terrorists are getting braver and smarter as they see that America does not respond decisively. They move to coordinate their attacks in a simultaneous attack on two  US embassies in Kenya and Tanzania. These attacks were planned with precision. They kill 224. America responds with cruise missile attacks against an Aspirin factory, and goes back to sleep. The USS Cole was docked in the port of Aden, Yemen for refueling on 12 October  2000, when a small craft pulled along side the ship and exploded killing 17 US Navy Sailors. Attacking a US War Ship is an act of war, but we sent the FBI to investigate the crime and went back to sleep. And of course you know the events of  11 September 2001.  Most Americans think this was the first attack against U.S. soil or in  Am erica. How wrong they are. America has been under a constant attack since 1979 and we chose to hit the snooze alarm and roll over and go back to sleep. Do YOU see the pattern? These were all done by Muslim males! In the news lately we have seen lots of finger pointing from every high official in government over what they knew and what they didn't know. But if you've read the papers and paid a little attention I think you can see exactly what they knew. You don't have to be in the FBI or CIA or on the National Security Council to see the pattern that has been developing since 1979. I think we have been in a war for the past 25 years and it will continue until we as a people decide enough is enough.  America needs to 'Get out of Bed' and act decisively now.  America has been changed forever. We have to be ready to pay the price and make the sacrifice to ensure our way of life continues. We cannot afford to keep hitting the snooze button again and aga in and roll over and go back to sleep. After the attack on Pearl Harbor, Admiral Yamamoto said, '... it seems all we have done is awakened a sleeping giant.'   This is the message we need to disseminate to terrorists around the world. This is not a political thing to be hashed over in an election year, this is an AMERICAN thing. This is about our Freedom and the Freedom of our children in years to come. If you believe in this please forward it to as many people as you can especially to the young people and all those who dozed off in history class and who seem so quick to protest such a necessary military action. If you don't believe it, just delete it, and go back to sleep.

Queen of Washington...she thinks

Too close to real to be funny.... Dear subjects (oops..Citizens):           For only the second time in my adult life, I am not ashamed of  my country. I want to thank the hard working American people for paying  $242 thousand dollars plus additional expenses for my vacation in Spain.           My daughter Sasha, several long-time family friends, my  personal  staff and various guests had a wonderful time. Honestly, you  just haven't  lived until you have stayed in a $2,500.00 per night suite  at a 5-Star  luxury hotel. We only booked 70 rooms for our friends, staff  and family.  Thank you also for the use of Air Force 2 and the 70 Secret  Service  personnel who tagged along to be sure we were safe and cared for  at all  times.           Air Force 2 only used 47,500 gallons of jet fuel for this trip  and carbon emissions were a mere 1,031 tons of CO2. It costs only  $11,500  per hour to operate Air Force 2 and each additional plane for  the other  members of our party group. These are only rough estimates,  but they are  close (who's counting?). That's quite a carbon footprint as  my good  friend Al Gore would say, so we must ask the American citizens  to drive  smaller, more fuel efficient cars and drive less too, so we can  lessen  our combined carbon footprint.           I know times are hard and millions of you are struggling to  put  food on the table and trying to make ends meet. I do appreciate your  sacrifice and do hope you find work soon. I was really exhausted after  Barack took our family on a luxury vacation in Maine a few weeks ago. I  just had to get away for a few days. As you are likely aware, the U.S. routinely provides foreign aid to nations around the world, and this aid is not contingent on a country's predominant religious affiliation. The U.S. Ambassadors Fund for Cultural Preservation supports a wide range of projects to preserve cultural heritage - such as the restoration of historic buildings, assessment and conservation of museum collections, archaeological site preservation, and documentation of indigenous languages - to demonstrate the depth of our nation's respect for the cultural heritage of other countries. In the decade since its creation by Congress, the Fund has contributed less than $26 million to approximately 640 projects in more than 100 countries. 

While I understand your concerns about providing funding for the reconstruction of Islamic mosques and other holy sites, I believe the preservation of cultural heritage and historically important sites around the world is a worthy goal, regardless of the site's religious affiliation, and that we must protect the national security interests of the United States by bolstering diplomacy and development. By taking these steps, we can help prevent conflicts before they start, restore America's image in the international community, and rebuild relations with our friends and allies around the world. These investments, which account for only about one percent of the total federal budget, also build economic prosperity and protect the health and safety of all Americans, while demonstrating our moral values and humanitarian principles.

How about preserving American culture and money ?  What if the US funded repair to ..oh.. a church or synagogue here in the states?..the ACLU would have a meltdown.  Just another example of an elitist mentality ...they think we do not see or care what is done with our money !
